Western Region

Triplehead Class 37s returned to South Wales in the 1990s, not on the ore trains that once worked between the Steelworks on the coast, but between Aberthaw Power Station and the Cwm Bargoed Coal Disposal Point. On May 8th 1995, Class 37/7s no.s 37895, 37796 and 37897 are seen at Cwm Bargoed with a train for loading.
